Mk4 in black and white

I’ve become fond of a black and white pic of the family members…..so much so I think I prefer them to actual colour shots!!

Well it’s probably because they represent my dark humour/soul and my sparkly angelic personality 😁

He is silver, but turning the colour into b&w makes him look like Jason Mamoa just rising out of bed and grabbing you to get back in 😍🔥 I do have a special kind of love for this car 💜 I first saw him and knew I wanted him. I knew he’d been treated well and wouldn’t need anything doing to him once I owned him. He is slowly changing and will look his best on the inside and outside. He’s not going anywhere!

Doesn’t have a name yet, still haven’t found one that fits….this car was the first zlet I’ve ever owned. I swapped this for my Vectra C 1.9 cdti(150). We drove an 8 hour round trip. It actually made the 4 hour journey home with no problems 😂 which we didnt expect. The engine ran a little lumpy like it was missing a heartbeat. We spent on it pretty much instantly getting all the little jobs done that everyone fobs off, and were still doing them 🙈 but I couldn’t part with it now I’ve got to know it…🤘

This is the oldest family member. Had her about 10 years 🤔 (I’ll probably get corrected lol). We got her after Sean had a car accident which damaged our (rare fern green) 1.8 Astra MK4 😩…the first MK4 we owned, the first one to make us fall in love with the MK4.

This car has had so many transformations that I can’t list them all now, maybe in another post 👀 The supercharger build by Carl Evan’s aka evocarlos is the main transformation this car has had. She has been so much fun since…I swear that man has magic fingers to turn a car from 136bhp to 273bhp in a weekend even with distractions and questions every 5 seconds lol.

It has not for once given us any reason to think of getting rid, if anything we have more reason to get it protected to last longer. Its had plenty of money thrown at it, and still got plans for even more money, but when you love something, sometimes you don’t care how much it costs 🙂

Newest addition to the family. It’s already tested our dedication to the cause lol….I’ve wanted a GSI for some time now and Sean kept tempting me by showing me all the GSI’s for sale, purely because he knew I’d say “let’s get one” haha.

This is also getting all the little jobs done and it’s already had cash paid out on it, but it needs it to get it 👌

What is it about these cars? Why do I need 4 😄🤪😘
